How do we make a living doing what we love? How do we support ourselves? What is the link of this life path with self worth, value and gift – and also struggle, judgement and self denial?
Debbie Warrener and Andy Paice are hosting an initial exploration of these juicy issues using the powerful constellations method in the afternoon of Saturday 18th June.

Beyond Mindfulness Day Workshop

Learn practices that cultivate glimpses of innate spaciousness, open-heartedness, well being and unity consciousness in a one-day workshop.
The practice of Mindfulness is currently sweeping Western Society as a means to cope with the stresses and demands of modern life. Yet it has been taught for milennia by the wisdom traditions as a preliminary for something even deeper: awakening the recognition of unity consciousness.
This particular topic has traditionally been held in the hands of religious institutions and gurus. This workshop presents exercises for recognising our fundamental reality by focusing on the experiential rather than using beliefs or religious or esoteric language.
This workshop is devoted to exploring these deeper understandings and realisations that go Beyond Mindfulness.
It will enable you to:
It's suitable for anyone who has an interest in or a practice of Mindfulness and Meditation.
