Regular online meditation sessions
People have been asking me about running public meditation sessions so I'm offering an online series of sessions to support people with integrating Mindfulness and Meditation into their everyday lives.
Many find it hard to make the effort to practice on their own or they like practicing in groups but it's a hassle to travel to a centre or group.
For these reasons I'm creating a regular online space for group meditation in the comfort of your home. Join me every Monday for a 50 min session of simple guided practices.
The great thing about an online session is that even though the participants are not physically in the same room it nevertheless creates a "field" of calm awareness similar to that when people are together in the same place.
So part of my intention is to create a space in which participants can get the benefits of group meditation whilst being at home or at work.
